Our education strategy begins with the youngest members of the Bafokeng community through our ECD programme which supports children aged three to six.

The RBI’s ECD programme operates across 14 early learning centres, reaching over 1 000 children. It focuses on three strategic priorities:

• Ongoing teacher training and staff development to ensure high-quality early education
• Establishing centres of excellence that model best practice in early learning
• Supporting parents and caregivers through initiatives that strengthen parenting skills and home-based learning

This foundation phase is a critical investment in the long-term educational success and well-being of Bafokeng children.
