The Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development (RBED) is a public benefit organisation dedicated to promoting and developing entrepreneurs and small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) within the RBN.

The RBED plays a key role in providing opportunities for SMMEs and poverty alleviation by supporting local start-ups, small enterprises and community-based business initiatives.
Through coaching, mentorship, advisory services and skills training, the RBED equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed. It also hosts regular workshops, networking events and training partnerships to help build a vibrant local economy driven by empowered business owners.
